Circle Cutter
Circle Cutter is a hand tool with a bar the scoring head can slide on which is held in place with a set screw. The bar is connected to a central hub that has a suction device or anti-skid surface so it can spin around but this limits the minimum size to around 0.5in(12.7mm). Circle cutters should not be confused with a Lens Cutter which does the same thing but in a different way.
Circle cutters that use suction based hubs don't work well on irregular surface glass.
